Here is the start of the regulation process expected in N J . They are still vague in structure with the exception of "money", which if i remember correctly is what we save the taxpayers with our service. They also stipulate in this early phase that ""( a bounty hunter wouldn't confer a right to carry a weapon. A bounty hunter would have to comply with state firearms laws to carry a weapon)"". I wonder if we would have a right to sue the state or judge who denies us the right to protect ourselves and others in the course of doing our job. Our judge in Bergen County who denies ccw licenses say's "find another occupation", and thats to owners of bailbond company's.
Your input would be invited and appreciated.
