I have seen some SUV driving around the Miami-Dade Jail recently with Magnetic Signs pasted all over the sides and back advertising this 5% .. (Which is Illegal having the Signs on Vehicle Near the Court House / Jail)
As for charging only 5% up front and financing the rest is illegal to do..
It is either 10% or nothing for State Bonds..and 15% for Federal Bonds.. no more and no less..
These people are looking for trouble doing this..
