I thought I read somewhere here about postings like this not being able to posted? There is no need for a statement such as this, and this has gone way too far. I can't believe the moderator let this appear in the forum!

For those of you out there who may be interested, My name is Jeremy Bridges, and I am the person that the posting refers to.
Just for clarity purposes, it is important to mention, first of all:
I have been in business a little over four years full-time, and not as a side job. With over 180 arrests to date, I have had ZERO liability claims against my "team" or myself. I have been able to do this for a living successfully only because, in my opinion, I was lucky enough to be trained by three of the BEST agents in the business, and because I conduct business as a professional. I have NEVER attempted to profit from any bail agents without producing results. I have very, VERY strong references - from San Diego to West Hollywood - and all in between. I have picked up skips as far East as Phoenix and Tucson, and North as far as Las Vegas, and have received cooperation from available law enforcement, upon request with absolutely no question.
It is important also to mention that, IN ADDITION to carrying firearms, we specialize in multiple less-lethal applications, which lessens risky liability claims, and also increases your "catch" with minimal resistance, usually. Anybody can just carry a firearm, but I have discovered in some instances that there are intimidating weapons at our disposal that get more command presence than a firearm. Hardly ever do you encounter a "shootout" if you're smart, but nevertheless we all have to have the proper tool available if needed, I think that goes without saying.
I am in fact a certified Pepperball Instructor, and one of the very few Bail Bond Recovery persons that utilize this tool in the field, according to the Pepperball staff. I can back every statement made by documentation or legitimate reference contact information from people I have done business with. If anybody is interested don't hesitate to request this information, as this is a statement of facts regarding me being an upstanding, professional Recovery Person, I want it to be known.
I originally came here to network with other professionals, and find new people to work with in the field. But if you read the posting I submitted titled "Duped by a Newbie", or my other posts, it is clearly obvious why I won't be doing that anymore. Every time I turn around I seem to be getting stung from this Oliver guy, or some one working with him. I came across this guy about six months ago. A bail Agent gave him my cell number & name, he was calling with his usual story that I've heard so much of here. The agent heard bad rumors about Anthony, and asked me to email him to request that he cease all investigative efforts on a forfeiture he was assigned to. Then I started looking into this guy to see if he could be busted for scamming people, but only after I received numerous phone calls regarding Oliver from other agents who had been ripped-off by Oliver, so they all said. That has proven to be a gigantic mistake, I guess. Ever since that day, Anthony Oliver seems to have fallen for me, and now has a major hard on for me. A few of his friends are also on this site, and it's obvious that they monitor it closely.
Not too many people here seem to care though, since the last time I posted, I did get a few good replies, but most of the replies were from Oliver, his buddies, or some agents complaining about the size of the text, and color of the letters. I was doing just fine before I logged on to this nightmare, and I'm sure I will do just fine without it.
It seems apparent to me that it is no big deal for a guy to slander, harass, defame, and con people in this industry and remain "in business". Does that sound like a good industry to be in? Not to me. From talking to court officials, California has been trying get rid of Recovery Persons for awhile now, mainly because of the "bad apples" in this industry, and it's on the table again being pushed more than ever. Pretty soon it won't matter because Cali will get rid of us for good, and then other states will sure follow...then it's bye bye Recovery Guy.
If anyone has "real" input, please let me know if there his an avenue to take to possibly stop this guy.
