14 April 2015 Jason R Stomps was found guilty on all charges. Clark County Superior Court Case # 14-1-00772-8....
GUILTY : Burglary 1
GUILTY : Kidnapping 2
GUILTY : Assault 2

His co-defendant is scheduled to go to trial sometime in AUG if there is no future delays.
David L Smith Clark County Superior Court Case # 14-1-00773-6, David L Smith face the same charges as did Jason R Stomps.
I mention this due to the fact that at least one person on this forum is currently working with Mr. David L Smith and After speaking with the victims in this case
that certain person is sure to be called in the civil lawsuit that is coming.

I was in court for Jason's post conviction bail hearing and as expected it was not granted.
the D.A. is asking for a minimum of 18 and the maximum of 33 years in prison.
