Fidelis Investigative & Security Services is looking to exonerate FTA & Surrender files for independent bail agents and sureties in Southern California. Our team consists of prior law enforcement & military professionals who have maintained a 100% success rate for all cases worked since opening the doors in March 2014 with no incidents of liability, mostly within a 24 hour time frame. - Communication. We provide updates as our clients request, whether that be on a daily or weekly basis.

- Legality. We are a fully licensed business entity, and accept 1099's as required. Each of our files is covered under a written contract, and you receive legal invoices for payments that can be utilized in civil proceedings to capture the additional funds allotted by California for recovery costs (up to an additional 10% of penal amount)
- Guarantee. If we don't produce, you don't pay. Period.
