First .. He is underage drinking.. If I was the DA I would use this opportunity to nail his skinny ass to the wall. Also keep in mind of his Felony charges in California. Since he is only here on a 0-1 Work Permit there is already talk of deportation especially if he is convicted and there is a petition being circulated for his deportation

I hate to be the bearer of bad news.. but as more facts of this case surface the more I believe this kid is going to walk free and clear with maybe a possible fine for an expired Driver License.

Why ?

Well it has been revealed that these two rentals has a sophisticated GPS tracking montoring device on them. At no time during the 10 - 15 blocks where they were alleged to have been drag racing did they ever reach speeds of 55 to 60 mph.. in fact records show that their vehicles top speed on this stretch of roadway was at best 34 MPH !!!! During the entire time they were in possession of this rental the highest speed was between 50 and 60 and that was on the highway. So basically it looks like the officers may have "stretched" the truth on the Sworn Arrest Affidavit and this entire Probable Cause to Stop the Vehicles Thrown out of court ..

Also on a side note Beeb's Bodyguards were both arrested a week before in Miami for get this ... Drag Racing and Battery on a LEO .. and their bonds were in the high amounts of $40,000 each defendant.. so I have been told ...

No shit... Ok I can follow you on the racing.. But he made a uncoerced statement regarding drinking, drugs plus he's a minor..maybe I'm a bit one sided here because I can't stand the spoiled little shit.. Someone with talent and should a proper role model.. Bur he's nothing but a thuggy punk kid with money so let him make his money back in Canada.. Sorry for the rant .
