Anyone know of a case search for north Carolina where you can found out Family Court cases looking for someone that pays his support but i have no idea who he pays it to all I know is he pays it every month on time

Yes it is I think he pays through Raleigh but that might just be the main office .

I'm still checking but I think that all child support payments (court ordered) are paid in the county in which the recipient lives. In this case I would contact the child support division in Wake county and ask what the procedure is in getting the info you are looking for. So far I haven't found a site that contains this information. Hope this helps. If not, PM me and I'll dig further.

There are no sites for any state that would give out the kind of information that Dan is looking for. Some states post people that have back child support owed but it will never give out who its paid to.

Can't find a site but I know a man on this forum that got something done in Wake county that I never though could happen....Might want to give contacting them a shot.

Thanks for everyone's input I called the main office they tried to help me with the info I had , I guess the info is wrong he had a dl in sc with this info on file. So I don't know how he got a drivers lic with this info, so I guess I have to start from square one again hate when this happens.

Sorry for the misunderstanding I was trying to find out what county the case was in and maybe the name who the parties were in the case I know some states you can see the parents info I wasn't looking for the children's info.
