So, after being begged to get a bail bonds license I finally gave in and applied.
So, most of the "Blue People" as i like to call them are familiar with me. They know that I have beean strictly recovery.
So, enlighten me please.
What the hell am I getting myself into?
(on a side note, I really look forward to reading Bill Marx's reply XD)

Ken,
In my opinion you've done the right thing and you will make much more money but along with that comes more liability...I have to run but will get with you and explain a little later.
Take care

Congrats on taking the step . . . now you will learn what it takes to NOT have to hire a Recovery Guy

After successfully completing the required training and pass the certification exam, the candidate can proceed to the second stage of the agent licensing process: the submission of an application to the Office of the State Insurance Department in the guarantor of the future. Application forms for the license, which is officially known as a Bail Agent License Limited, usually accessible online. Some states also require that new agents work under a bail bondsman and licensed for a certain period of time before qualifying for the full license. Possible bail agents will also have to be fingerprinted and pass a background check before receiving a license.
