Congrats on the first!!! Crack it and you've got a shred of marketing value added to your name! Good luck and good hunting.

Well, after talking with the owner and the bondsman about the amount of the bail ($750). The owner agreed that he would cover my training expenses plus any mileage i put into finding this guy. He want's to come with me for the capture when i feel i'm ready and have enough evidence compiled to define a pattern. He also gave me a file for a $20k skip.

All in all I think it was worth the wait in finding a good recovery company, I asked around the city and talked to a lot of other recovery guys around here (including 2 Big ones I won't name here) they kinda rubbed me the wrong way. They were the kinda guys that go out tacked out for every capture, kicking down doors, causing noise.

The guy i'm working with now is very casual and professional, even with his skips. Something I took a cue from by reading all the old posts from some of the old dogs on the forums here.

Honestly, FRN has really jumpstarted me on how to be a ethical, resposible, recovery agent.

I'll keep this thread updated as my info comes in, should be something nice to look back on.

I found the guys (baby mama). She's pretty pissed at him.

She seems like she will be useful.

The question is, how do I approach her?

The skip is a paranoid meth head, if she tips him off. He'll be gone like a fart in the wind.

First, make damn sure she is pissed before you approach her. If he has no family in the area then you can bet he's seeing her. Without knowing much about your case, the first thing I would do is keep an eye on the mammas baby's house.. Remember, she had a baby by a meth head, what does that say about her. Does she show signs of being high?? I wish I knew more about the case, I could be of more help. Don't trust anybody until you know what they are about.

Bill, She seems sober (for the most part) but thats just by judging her facebook profile.

As far as pissed at him idk

The thing that tipped me off is that the skip said on his profile "Babymomma wore a wire on me . she shady like that when i escape state i will let ya all know . please every one thank babymomma for being so amazing and screwing her baby's dad so hard :-) . i will start the thank you chain . . thank you "babymomma" you rock :-)"

So i see that as a sure sign shes at least feuding with him.

Thanks for the talk Bill, great ideas.

I made the call, but the number was disconnected.

Guess I'll have to do like you said and put the "squeeze" on my contact.

I can hear the harleys rumbling already ^_^

Very impressed with what you have gotten from basically no information. You did this one all by yourself, just needed a little push.

Be careful and take someone with you. BTW the guy that knew the name. I'm betting he knows where he lives.....

Take care!!
