I don't care what they're called.....about the only good thing in filthadelphia...besides the historic sites. Rest is just another urban jungle full of parasites.

For you outdoorsie types...plenty of hiking, camping, and fishing all throughout rural Pa. Some of my best Trout fishing was done there.

For you ghost hunters, try sleeping out under the stars in Gettysburg....you wont make it to morning....lol

For you chocoholics....you gotta leave time to shoot over to Hershey, Pa. They used to have mountain sized hershey kisses that would take a month of Sundays to eat.

Oh, I almost forgot...for you folks flying in, you'll be landing on a man made point of land. That's right...Philly international's land mass is not original terrain. They hauled in tons of debris, dirt, sand, etc. because there just wasn't enough land anywhere inside the city to build an airport. Over the years that landfill has shifted, settled etc. causing rips and sink holes in the landing strips.
If you like, take a look at Philly's coastline prior to airport construction, then match it to a current map and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Oh yeah, can't forget about The Amish Goodies....breads, pies, cakes, cheeses, hams, home made quilts, etc.

Gee, starting to feel "homesick".....lol

It looks like some of you are going to get in more trouble than some of us did in Vegas last year.

Sooooooo, I will be bringing the BOSS along to watch YOU guys. I wont have to worry as she keeps me on a very short leash!

On the bright side, if anyone gets arrested, all they have to do is post 10% cash bail and never come back.

Philly cops will never come looking for you.

More fun than Vegas???? St. Louis was fun too!

We are fast approaching the Philadelphia Conference, Sept. 23-25, 2012.

The room group discount rate will expire at 5:00PM this Saturday, September 1st. You need to make your hotel room reservation before then or it will cost you more money to reserve a room.

Call the Sheraton at 800-325-3535. Group code is NABBI.

The early NABBI conference registration expires on September 7. It will go from $100 to $150 if you miss the deadline, no EXCEPTIONS. I have to turn in the food and beverage orders on that date.

Also, you can register online at nabbi.org. You can also pay online on the website.

Lets make this first conference and training a big success! It is not too late to spread the word to fellow agents that you know.

Reservations made, membership dues paid, plans set... It would appear that I need to work on my little "Image and Attitude" talk.... now that my PI stuff is out of the way... I need to concentrate on this talk... I am not a public speaker type... I do ok behind the keyboard but at the podium... well, we shall see.... as long as I can keep from peeing in my pants I will be ok.... I will not have on my 'tactical sandals' or my super size depends.... I will be dressed properly.... wouldn't want to ruin my ................ "image"....................

Let's all see if we can bring someone with us..............."boost the attendance guys"... I am trying to talk several into coming... we shall see....

This conference is for our industry, our future, pumping up our professionalism and our image... please don't sit back and wait for someone else to make the move... we have to come together if this thing is to work... I always say... "talk is cheap"... step up... hell, if I can do it.......... I know there are many very capable and professional folks out there that are way above my pay-grade.... get off your collective azzez and commit!!
