I'm a FRA/part owner of a Fugitive Recovery business in Michigan.Were also affiliated with a licensed PI.
My question is: We wouldlike to also to break into the repo business for extra money.
Any ideals about laws,contacts,etc.........

repo law is different in just about every state do research in your area ie in mass you can not go onto private property--but in nh you can go onto private property and reclaim collateral--another difference some states require a license in maine you need to be a licensed collection agent or a pi firm to do repos--many federal and state laws apply --go on AB they have a repo side
