anyone ever hear of Panther Marketing Inc?

They are responsible and behind the spam junk faxes and are breaking several laws on the do not call list. I receive junk faxes from them round the clock and they are coming up out of area. On the junk fax they provide a opt out number for you to be removed from their list, but it doesnt work. I did a little searching on them and found a subpeano against them and they have had many complaints throughout the US. If anyone else has been a victum of them, or knows contact info about them, I would greatly appreciate it.

You should start faxing them black paper with white out writing saying to stop sending you faxes.

The last fax that came through had no number on the heading. At other times, A number was on the heading, but everytime I tried faxing it back it was busy. I filed a complaint with the do not call registry, I am registered on the list of do not call. If and when they are found, they will be facing a substantial fine.

The next time it happens, save the document and call the police. File an official report, then use that report in obtaining a warrant against the company and place the sr rep of the company under arrest.

I have had to threaten to do this several times with entities that are exempt from the do not call list. Here in Alabama we actually have a law "Harassing Communications" which covers everything from phone calls to e-mails.

I had 1 telemarketer in particular..a local cable company who kept calling me. On 3 different occasions they called me during an apprehension. I finally called and got the sr supervisor and explained to them Al. Law, and advised them that the next time they called me I would secure a warrrant and personally come down to the corporate office and take the sr mgmt into custody and effect an arrest upon that person. Amazingly, they have never called me again.

Years ago before call intercept, I was use disgusting tactis and disgust the telemarketers, they never called back again. Anyway, with this Panther Marketing inc, apparently after doing a little search on them, they are angering alot of people with their junk faxes and no one seems to be able to find out who they are. I did however found a subpeano complaint against them during a google search. I had call intercept on my line, but i have verizon wireless call phones. and for some reason the vw cells cant get through. The numbers arent blocked, it has something to do with my land line phone companies call intercept that wont allow vw to get through, so we had to discontinue the use of the call intercept.

About 3 weeks ago or less I have activated anonymous call reject again on my line to stop all these junk faxes. Last night 2 calls were intercepted which were trying to send junk faxes but couldnt complete the call. About 20 minutes later i got another fax call sent to me, except this time the person made his number availble. This si the same number that use to send me faxes all hours of the night and I opted out 5 times with them. the info that was provided on my caller id is as follows.

What I have found out is: this number is from Newark NJ, and is a verizon phone number. Everytime I try to call it , it has a busy signal. As stated before, I am on the don not call registry, been on it since 6/28/05 . I have sucessfully completed a trace with my local phone company and filed a complaint with the do not call regisrty.

Are there any other ways of determining where the actual address this number is coming from? I have had little help from reverse number searches.And this person behind this number needs to be stopped. He /she sends faxes in the past at 3am, 5:30 am around the clock.

Does anybody know what's going on when I get a call and when I pick it up say hello, I hear a click as if someone hung up the phone and when I * 69 it, I get 610 00000001, doe anybody know what this mean?

Never came across a problemlike that in my life time, perhaps your phone companies equipment is malfunctioning? Usually when you hear a click, its most likely a computer generated call. Call your local company and ask them for privacy ID which is what Sprint calls it. Verizon calls it "anonymous call reject" with Sprints privacy ID you can program up to 10 different numbers that can get through without the recording. The recording only is played when a party blocks number and name .

I have gotten a few calls like that, sometimes with the number showing up. It is always a sales call of some type. I want to say maybe a credit card company, but can't remember for sure. They have mostly stopped after I put my numbers on the federal do not call list and then threatened to report them if they continued. This list is only for home, cell, and fax numbers, but if they call your business line, you can still tell them not to call again. If they continue, some totally vile language or screeching noise in the ear usually puts a stop to it. If they complain, I simply tell them that I didn't invite their call nor did I want it, so they can either stop calling or put up with whatever I do to them. Hey, I don't have red hair for no reason .
