Thanks, Yak. As all of you know, the vast majority of those in this profession do our jobs and do it very well. Problem is, those that do it well, legally and professionaly are not remembered very long for their accomplishments, but let one of us screw up and it will never be forgotten. Just human nature I guess.

Yes, thanks Yak. I have had very limited time online the last couple days.
Been in Sacramento all day yesterday. Sitting in the parking lot of the Santa Cruz court right waiting for it to open for the morning cases!
