If you fire that many rounds and do not hit the target you should be arrested...  Now on the for real side of the matter why in the heck would you be firing at a fleeing defendant who is running away handcuffed. Were they really that pressed for a few pick up dollars that they would take a defendant’s life or the life of some bystander .

If one is to follow the Sacramento area bail business, you would believe that there are only Padilla's working there.
