Damn thats messed up. You would think if the son knew his father was in a state of mind of not being all there, that he would have removed his firearms from him. Won't make that mistake again. Or maybe the son really really sucks at singing and deserved it...

I am thinking that some of the parents of the kids on star search should have also followed suit!

Scott,

Don't you mean American Idol? I, who can't sing even in the shower, am better than many of those they show on AI.

I can only take about 3 minutes of that show before I switch over to Starsky and Hutch on the retro channel.

Yeah...Kenny Chesney really does suck. This was in California? Sounds like something I would see on the 6:00 news here in Tennessee.

A few years ago I had found a skip that was doing 60 days in the Conway SC Jail. I found his release date and met him as he walked out of the SC jail. This young man couldn't have been more than 19 years old. The color left his face as the cuffs were put on.

This guy wasn't a thug, just a kid making bad decisions. We're driving back to NC when he decided to tell me he was a rapper and his producer would hook up with him after the producer was released from the Conway jail. Got to admit I was feeling bad for the guy, he just finished a 60 day stint in jail and there I was to take him to another jail.

He decided that he would give me a sample of his rapping abilities. This guy rapped for almost 5 hours on the way back to NC. I didn't have the heart to tell him to shut up so he continued.

First, I'm not into rap and he couldn't rap but thought he had it going on. Good thing I didn't think about shooting the guy.
