well, I found out from Scott Olsen that lobbist cost about $4.000/month. wow, well that leaves me out.

Has anybody looked into what specific, exact laws USRB could be pursued under (in terms of their training stuff I mean, not in terms of USRB cowboys kidnapping people from some place like Wisconsin, but in terms of their courses and bogus instruction)? Not being a lawyer, when does one cross the line from bad information into actual fraud? I suppose technically sending people out into the field to act as unlicensed vigilantes could count as a conspiracy to kidnap, but I'm sure that's a grand legal stretch if there ever one was.

I don't know NYS law, but generally speaking each state has "mirror" laws:

Consumer Fraud

Deceptive Business Practices

Grand Larceny

Interstate Commerce Violations

Those are only some of the ones that come to mind.

Any 1 of thier students could take thier instruction manuals, recorded training sessions, class notes, etc to thier local Da's office, State Attorney General's Office-division of Consumer Affairs, NYS Licensing Bureau, etc.

HGUNNER was a NYPD cop for 16 years. He still knows people up there if anyone wishes to launch criminal or civil litigation against that school.

Well, it should be something that the DAs and local law enforcement should be interested in. Because it's much larger than just the usual business fraud; the reason why there are laws about misrepresenting oneself as an LEO and so forth are so that the legal system could function. If there were thousands of these types running around, then nobody would stop when they'd get pulled over, nobody would respect a badge, or what have you, out of fear that it was just some cowboy, etc. Didn't I read somewhere about some USRB guys trying to actually pull over a skip on the highway somewhere, with emergency lights and the whole nine yards? That's why those types of things have to be nipped in the bud before they actually start messing with the ordering of the criminal justice system.

I wonder if any criminals have managed to get off charges because their apprehension was just an illegal kidnapping.

I'm looking forward to when Rex Venator gets his classes up and going. Other than resorting to the legal system, the other best way to deal with fraudulent scams is to undercut them by provideing a good alternativefor people who (like me) genuinelly want to get into BEA and are trying to put in the relevant work, while simultaneously getting information out to the guy whose just stepped out of San Quentin that it's not gonna happen.

You are on the right track..training is ongoing in any kind of Leo field. I know Rex is experienced, is a published author and has many pearls of wisdom to offer; However, the true student never restricts himself to 1 master; the true journey of enlightenment on any subject incorporates the teachings of all masters.

So I would invite you to study under Lance Wilkinson by reading his Fugitive Recovery Bible; Also studying under Scott Harrell through compass Point investigations, Chuck Jordan and his school, Scott Olson, Scott McClean, etc. Everyone will teach you something the others did not.

A quest for truth, knowledge, and understanding is often arduous, strenous, and difficult; but the rewards upon completion far outweigh the trials and tribulations you encountered.

I was wondering if someone that was a experianced BEA/FRA from this board could lower themselves and take the 3 days course. You know, go undercover. See what thier really doing.

of course we could..question is who would pay for it ?..I for one don't have that kind of money to throw away like that.

The undercover sting would be more for leo agents to perform for a criminal investigation; or hiring a pi to do it for civil litigation; the 3rd option is a credible investigative reporter from a major network or show.

Then you have the reporter interview some of the "graduates", NYS officials, NYPD officers, etc.

Once the whistle is blown...it's said n done.
