Stalking Laws

With regards to me looking up stalking laws, much to severe eye strain, I have. State to state can vary from subtle to extreme. I think you may have been pointing me in the direction of emotional distress, which in CA still lives in a gray void as it does not need to be 'proven' to suggest it.

I am only on my second cup of coffee, but I believe this was what you meant?

Yes. Every State is different . . .that is why it is so very important to not only be "familiar" with other State(s) Statutes but to have "relationships" with those of integrity in said areas where one wishes to operate.

Welcome once again to the FRN.

Take some serious time off studying Statutes and do some reading here. Many of your questions have been answered . . . There is a LOT of Boiler Plate here . . . and a LOT of information. Keep what assists you and brush away what does not. By doing some reading here you will also get to "know" some of the players that you are "visiting" with
