All I can say is................... "oh, well."

Three years ago, two PA constables, who were legally acting as RA for my daughter... in PA, cornered our skip in a Walmart... they did not draw weapons and they had ID's showing but they chased him down, tackled him, cuffed him and returned him to our jurisdiction. To my recollection, there were no related problems, but then, no weapons were seen and these two guys were PA constables, who apparently can legally act as recovery agents.

Too bad these guys pulled their weapons... I think without the weapons, this problem probably would not have taken place.

As a post script to my story...

A year after this guy was arrested and our bond was finished, he returned to Phili... where he was shot to death by his girlfriend... she was arrested walking down the street 15 minutes after the fact... with the .357 in her pocket book... she said at the time... "he really pissed me off".... I would say that was an understatement.

Sorry....no brainer here. Guns inside Wal-Mart? Really?? To me...a fugitive runs inside a store..he's trapped cold. The urgency DROPS rather than elevates.
