I was advised of some changes a couple of days ago, so I have not researched them myself to verify them. According to what I was told, the State of Tn. has now implemented new changes to their laws prohibiting/regulating free lance independent bounty hunters. Perhaps Mr. Stiles or someone else familiar with the new changes can educate us ?

Thank you for the greetings..:) Although I never left....just stopped posting.

Re: web link:..yes I know, I cancelled it after I realized it was an India based company that I had given access to a bank account for direct billing via a cc card. I thought I was dealing with an American company.

Re: Post topic. I apologize for my redundant post. I should have heeded my own advice given many times by myself to others: Search before posting. It is a blunder I will endeaver not to repeat again in the future, but probably will.
So maybe 1 of the moderators can delete this topic and we all move forward.

Re: Signature: Wasn't aware it was missing. I will attempt to rectify that issue forthwith.
