Recording is very helpful for liability reasons ( false accusations , criminal and civil, and also proof of your arrest and ect) You never rely on your own memory when dealing with anything that you may have to go to court for!

That is true, however, if they recorded the incident in this story, it can be used against them.

Unless of course they destroyed the tape.

And that will also put more judgement on them if they destroyed it, because everyone knows the record everything. Also in most states they would be arrested for alot of things I have seen in their videos.I Just get tired of all the bad press in the bail industry. Only the present and future can fix these perceptions and hopefully its not to late to do that. Cheers to all the GOOD Bail and recovery agents and also the GOOD future agents. I know myself is included in the future and want to be proud of my profession. So notice to all BAD agents who do not follow the laws and ect, find another career and stop making the hardworking law abiding agents suffer because of ignorance, laziness and the above the law attitudes.

Yes video is evidence, but these guys record their recoveries for the sole purpose of posting them on the web. They are and have been trying to get a T.V. show for a long time now.I understand the concept of recording your recoveries but not for the reasons these guys do.They even have T-shirts made and I believe a distribution company that they work with on other things of their brand as well.

This is yet another group attempting to get their faces on T.V. and inevitably they did just that,of course its not the way they wanted it to happen but we all seen it coming.

When I first came accross these guys awhile back, they appeared to be fairly professional. As time went on their true face emurged.Chasing glory and the limelight will get us no place. These guys among others are proving that point.

But what I am starting to notice is those that make the records public and into a "show" aren't people I want to work with.

I have discovered something in my short tenure on earth... it is often true that "the people that tout their experiences in life the loudest are often the ones that have done the least."

I have found that the quiet ones are the true professionals in whatever they are in to.... and also, "the ones that tend to be the humblest and make light of their actions often are the ones that did the most..."

I think we can all provide examples of that. Many of the men and women I have looked up to in my life, have been the quietest... that is also the cliche I tout in my sig line.... "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"... although a line from "Oz"... it is very telling in life.

Bill,
That is the reason for the saying "the hollow vase rings the loudest!"

Thanks for your services last night, professional, fast, and courteous, as always.
