I am looking to move, and at the same time wondering what states was the best of California or Arizona to get into bail enforcment, and why?
i was thinking of rules, law, places of educations and such.

My gut call would be CA, because of the bail schedules.

So are you finally here (the States) "officially" , You had said back in 06 that your future husband lived in California . . . and you had queried as to Mississippi?
