I also carry the Kel tec P11 at all times, either in a home-made pocket holster or in a Fobus paddle holster. The Kel tec is great for concealed carry because it is sleightly smaller in all diminsions than a Smith J-frame.

Although 9mm luger is not my favorite caliber due to the possibility of overpenetration, I find that using non +P hollowpoint ammo can be very effective. When I am not punching paper, my current favorite round for the Kel tec is the 124 grain Speer Gold Dot, which seems to offer the best combination of penetration and knock down power.

Is the glock 30 is concealed to carry?

A 30 is vey concealable. A little heavy with a full magazine but, easy to get use to with a good holster.

So, post an intro so we know whom we are conversing with.

I think this started off looking for a holster to conceal. A few friends of mine really swear by their "SuperTuck" Holsters. I've never tried one, but from what I see they break up the weapon shape very well, and allow you to tuck in your shirt whilst wearing it. He's a 1911 fan and a Glock Fan (all .45's). His stay hidden pretty well. I know he's carrying only because I know he always carries and I know where to look on him.
I also carry the XD 40. Love it to death, that's my Go-to. I use the "concealment" holster that came in the box or a IWB holster from Blackhawk. But I keep my shirts untucked and on a very breezy day I can see a corner that gives an unnatural shape on my hip, but I'll leave it to a perp to guess what it is. The IWB can be uncomfortable after long periods, but I don't have to worry about a barrel showing if I put my hand in my pocket or drop some change.
My backup is my Glock 27 (.40 cal subcompact). I bought a BlackHawk Serpa 2, Cabon fiber Holster. Awesome retention technology, but same deal on the change dropping scenario. What I have found is that my 27 fits perfectly in the IWB I bought for the XD, as the 27 is a smaller frame (nice and snug), and as the holster covers most of the slide, only a small portion of the grip is exposed(enough to grab and seat my hand on the first try), giving a smaller cross section of the Glock. I can sit that in the small of my back oor on my hip with not too much trouble. Less visible, and I can kinda tuck my shirt in better with the IWB holster if the situation warrants it.
I want to go with the SuperTuck eventually. All of them are handmade, so they take about 6-8 weeks to make and only cost around $80 to around $120. Not really cost prohibitive, but more than what I want to spend on a holster. But the fellas love them. So it may be worth a look and the investment . Hope my nickels worth helps.

While I am waiting on my CCW from the local PD, I have been breaking in a Galco IWB for my Glock 30.

When we go up to the hide out, since we are miles from town and in the wild, deep woods, I carry while working around the front and back.

We do have some big four legget critters that would love to have me for an appetitizer. Also the 2 legget kind like to travel trough on their dirt bikes and atv's, even on posted private property.

I also have carried around the office and no one including the Boss has noticed. ( Don't tell her. )

The 30 is also big enough to cary exposed so I am looking at exposed holsters also. Haven't pick one out yet.

This discussion comes around about once a year, but anyway.................... I just love talking about GUNS...

I have several concealable weapons... Ruger stainless SP101 hammer-less (really nice wheel gun); Springfield XD-40 subcompact; Beretta Storm .40 subcompact; Taurus Millennium Pro .45 (new model)... all have paddle holster except the Taurus which is in an inside the belt soft holster. The Taurus is actually my preference although it is undoubtedly the absolute worst trigger I have ever fired and cannot find anyone that can fix it... but I like the feel, the caliber and the inline mag that makes it very concealable. My favorite as far as weapons quality is the Beretta Storm... I also have a 9mm Storm standard that I shoot in IDPA.

Oh, I also have a Colt 'night defender' .45 that is awesome but I don't carry it cause I don't want to take a chance on losing this valuable piece... ($1000+) I just keep it beside the bed... to shoot roaches and other night intruders...

My lovely wife, Gail, is proficient with her concealable weapon.... a black Winchester 12 gauge pump with an 8 round extension loaded with #4 buckshot... it is on her side of the bed... someone once ask her what in the hell she was scared of and she responded... "not a damn thing"...
