Here in FL if the address is on the Bail Bond Application.. we can take the door.. but most of times if no one is home then we wont.. so we do not alert the Defendant we are looking for him. But if we are at the Defendant's Home or Co-Signer's Home listed on the app.. and the people inside refuse to open the door after we identify ourselves we open the door ourselves.. usually you wanna make sure your target is in the home 100% & positively ID'ed before taking a door down .. as you can be held liable in Civil Court for damages.. but will they hold up ?.. its a hit and miss if it goes that far.. we have the Defendant and Co-signers sign a paper covering us that states the Deft/Indemnitor are liable for any damages incurred if we need to breech their home and hold the Bail Bond Company harmless....usually here in Miami people have 2..3...4 locks on their doors .. by the time you "PICK" one lock and move to the second the person inside locks the first one you opened and you just wasted time picking locks..

My Door Key Posted Below.. Works on Any Lock - Any Door ..and when done.. a can of Flat Black Spray Paint Cleans the Ram up nicely and makes it look good as new..

It takes all of a few seconds to pick a lock, or other techniques i used was called bumping. But I was legally allowed to use these when I was in that field. I have touched these tools in close to 5 years. It probably would take me sometime to actually open a lock these days.

I have the "Bump" Keys... and lock pick sets.. like I said.. its good if the door has 1 lock. if the door has numerous locks like here in ghetto parts of Miami .. the people inside just keep locking the already opened / picked locks..it only takes the person inside 1 second to re-lock the lock ... so we RAM the door.. in we go .. arrest the Target ..off to jail.. THE END..

LOL sorry I don't mean to laugh, But I was kinda picturing a subject and a bail enforcer playing "lock tag".. kinda funny if you picture it.

Here in Iowa is the same way as Jeff is talking about down there in Florida if the address is on the bail app. and we are 100% sure the skip is there we can take the door but be sure they are in there or it is a burglery charge. I have never ever had to kick a door and hopefully never will, We have a cute lil female that will knock on the door and for males it works every time then there feeling's get hurt when she place's them in cuff's and for the ladies avon work's , brain's over force work's every time.

I am very glad that I find your regular post here. Which seems to be very important and it made good time pass for me. I will always give a nice thrust look in to you from my bookmark feed. I don't actually comment and don't like to spend time in typing the comment. But here I have to do this because this deserves a good like.

Me personally, smarter not harder makes everything easier. However, I have had to kick a door twice and that's it. The first one was not long after starting in the business and I was alone. (I don't let my guys go out by themselves, ever) My FTA opened the door and slammed it shut, I wasn't close enough to the door to grab it before he locked it. So I had to HELP open the trailer door. Nothing exciting. The other was an apartment and the manager said to kick it in, I want them out and they changed the door knob, that's the only way to get in. That one was a little fun.
