Explaining to the defendant that you will have no problem complying with his fear of flying, but the next accommodations are the trunk of the car. But don't worry, we will throw bags of ice in there with you, so when the ice melts, it will give off oxygen so you don't suffocate from the faulty exhaust, and the water will diulute the urine, because we ain't stopping!
They will fly every time!

I just wanted to thank everyone who participates in posts like this. If it was not for the content found on this forum and the private conversations I have had with members of FRN, I would not have been able to put a very sizable check  in my bank account this morning. Thanks to everyone's knowledge and willingness to share I was able to board a flight in Philly Wednesday night, fly all the way accross the country (then drive a few more hours), apprehend my target, fly him back to Philly, drive him to Anne Arundel County, MD and surrender him. Another FRN success story! Thank you to everyone who shared their experience and knowledge.
