Dennis is a true asset to our profession. He is well connected in this industry, great communication skills and a very impressive background as it relates to what we do. He was a huge help by way of information to me while apprehending a fugitive in Tulsa a while back. He was and may still be with one of my insurance clients out of Baltimore. He also helped with another client in Florida. He is super guy !
I'm now set up on a house just outside of Atlanta. Boredom has kicked in Big Time so I decided to check out some of the postings while here. Some very interesting posts that I've not read until today. Hope all have you have a great weekend.
Take care

Be safe Bill, and Dennis still works for Lexington out of Baltimore to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks Scott,
It is Lexington out of Baltimore. I did a lot of bragging on this guy and he deserves it but I have found some folks on here that could have represented this industry just as well as Dennis in that article.
That statement isn't meant to take anything away from Dennis but I read several posts where you guys initiated the "hunt" for a guy that was scamming clients of bondsman. It appeared as I was reading that as soon as this scam was discovered, people on here got busy. Busy to the point that due to the efforts of many here, this guy was arrested.
Dang shame you guys got no credit, but that's the way it is in this business it seems. Glad to see you stepped up and helped set the record straight in the comments section....Damn shame that info wasn't in the article itself. Apologize for spelling errors, puncuation etc...Little tired.
Take care

Great article. I Believe Dennis is still there as Scott said. I liked the article information wise, but it painted Dog as a victim in a sense. He victimized himself. It stated the judge didn't give him any $ and he didn't receive assistance with the Mexican situation. Sad but why should they?

1) doggie did not post the bail. He was not asked by the family that paid the cash bail to go find Luster.
2) Under CA law, he was not entitiled to any part of the remitted bail.
3) Of course he had no legal standing to go to Mexico to locate and "arrest" Luster.
4) He had an opoortunity o face the charges against him like any other peson accused of a crime. Instaed he posted bail and guess what, HE JUMP BAIL! Just like the people goes after.
He was a fugitive from justice. Mexican justice.
