I remeber another female here that used a dog and ended up getting sued. The other women has a kick door, kick butt attitude and that is probably what really got her in trouble.
I know the owner of this Bail Bond company..... she is the sister of the company owner that I do work for.

I thought it was a very good article regarding the Profession. I am leary of using K9, even if my insurance covered me. It is my opinion that it is a lawsuite waiting to happen. But, it works for her.
I enjoy reading articles like this. I think Ms. House was protrayed in a positive way. I like how she chain smokes (just like me and us Smokers need to stick together) and she listens to bluegrass music. I would like to see more articles like this.

another case of bounty hunter syndrome--kick the wrong door- when will we learn kicking doors with out personally seeing the fugitive in the house can and will lead to criminal and civil problems for our industry-if the story is correct the trenton pd should arrest and prosacute these bounty hunters--I AM TIRED OF READING ABOUT THESE UNTRAINED , UNQUALIFIED AND BRAIN DEAD BOUNTY HUNTERS--THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEA AND BOUNTY HUNTERS

I would bet that the politician in New Jersey has all of the incidents he needs to change the laws there. He was proposing legislation after the other fiasco earlier in the summer when they apprehended the wrong women and left her at a police station instead of taking her home.

Their are mixed feelings whether Jack Barnes legislation will pass this time in N J but with yet another incident, its just more gas on the fire. To clarify the last incident which i have stated before where that the media said she was left at the police station was not concluded with " her husband was there to take her home". Assuming the agents vehichles had Pennsylvania plates, it seems the last two incidents were by out of state agents. I sure hope the bondsman and agents can prove themselves as this whole situation has a bad odor.

Armed robbery fugitive held by French
Tuesday, November 08, 2005

One of Hudson County's most wanted fugitives has been tracked down across the Atlantic Ocean to a France jail cell where he is being held on unrelated charges, officials said.
On Oct. 2004, Rafael DeLeon, 25, of Johnston Avenue in Jersey City, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 15, 2003 armed robbery in West New York, Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said.
DeFazio said DeLeon's $25,000 bail was revoked and a warrant issued for his arrest when he did not appear for sentencing on Jan. 5.
DeLeon's arrest came after Bounty Hunter Adel Mikhaeil gave authorities information that he was in the town of Paris in the French town of Villipeinte. Neither DeFazio nor Mikhaeil know on what charge DeLeon was being held in France. DeFazio said local law enforcement contacted the U.S. Marshals Service, which in turn located DeLeon.
"French authorities and marshals are working with the State Department to effectuate his return to New Jersey," DeFazio said.
DeLeon's codefendant, Daniel Macias, 33, also pleaded guilty to robbery and fled before sentencing before being located in a jail in Niagara County, N.Y. and returned to Hudson County jail in Kearny on Oct. 28, Hudson County Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie Elisson said.
