So, I have a couple questions about hunting. I would like to get them answered, and was wondering if anybody here could help?

A rookie hunter. Are you guys up for it? I don't want to ask a bunch of questions and not get any answers to them. I joined this forum because I couldn't find these answers anywhere else.

Wrong approach, bud. You were asked who you are. A closehold group in an industry like this one will not proceed without a satisfactory answer to that question. Create an introductory post, include a signature line, and try again. Also.....the "didn't get them answered elsewhere" challenge wont get you too far either.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm a student in a college in Illinois, and I've taken and interest in bounty hunting. I'm particularly interesting in catching people like pedophiles and rapists. But Illinois, to the best of my understanding, has outlawed bounty hunting. Kind of makes this a little difficult. Anyways, I did spend a couple hours looking up information on how to do this, but I couldn't find anything helpful. So I decided joining a forum about bounty hunting would work, because most of the people working at police academies apparently wont email you back unless you're enrolled there.

Bail fugitive recovery agents or bounty hunters do NOT go after pedophiles or rapists unless they have skipped bail.

If your interest is protecting women and children, finish school with a CJ degree and become a cop.

You have aroused my curiosity. What is your major and what is your interest in this business? I am asking since there isn't commercial surety in your state and as a result, you would have no frame of reference. Are you asking for us to do a research paper for you? Your request was initially ignored because falling for a question posed as a challenge is considered baiting and we generally don't fall for that. This user group has a search function for a reason. Your motivations, despite your response, to me, remain veiled.

haha, don't worry I'm not writing a paper. I would feel like a jerk going on a forum and taking your time just to ask some questions, when I can definetly just look that kind of information up from googling. And pardon me for phrasing my questions like a challenge, I just figured it would be some kind of incentive to get you to answer them.

Regardless, I had some questions about skipping bail and what that applies to. If I can provide enough information on a person to put a court order out on a person, will I, as a bounty hunter, be allowed to catch them and bring them to a jail? See, I'm interested in pedophiles and rapists in particular, because it turns out theres a lot of them on the internet that do what they do and get away with it. As a matter of fact, I'm an art major, I just have a thing for pedos and rapist and the like. Its not so much a business thing as it is a moral thing.

See, theres one pedo in particular I have a plan for catching, but the details for catching him are so complicated that I've been looking up how to do it for a while. See, hes a well known artist that lives in the phillipines and does webcomics on the internet for a living. I think if I can lure him into the united states with his child porn on his laptop, I can get him arrested. I know theres a lot of flaws in this plan on its own, so I was wondering if you could help me point them out.

So you think you are smarter and have more resources than the federal law enforcement that already work these types of cases? If so, get a CJ degree and join them and do it legally.

Otherwise I suggest you go somewhere else for help and stop watching too much tv!

I don't even know where to begin. He digs himself deeper with each post and STILL no signature line. He also doesn't "sound" formally educated.
