PHOENIX POLICE DEPT: Officer Murphy Last Watch 26 May 10

Phoenix Police Department lost their 36th Officer in the line of duty in the early morning hours yesterday. Another young officer, married with 2 children, one being 2 weeks old.....taken by a criminal with no regard for life over a simple car wreck. The beat that Murphy patrolled is known for its gang & drug related crime, along with human smuggling and kidnapping.

I know its a small thing but his Chief of Police was fighting the immigration bill. The sheriff Arpaio of Maricopa County has been fighting the illegal immigration problems for years.

Just was watching on that this morning . . . Fortunately! They are but ONE Small Group of "Chiefs" that work under that belief. . . . May the Officer Rest In Peace knowing that his task here is done . . . May his comrades carry on the call of duty. . . and May his Family take solace in knowing that he died doing a job that few would take to themselves . . . that of protecting the "sheep"
