I don't know about Texas, but in Virginia she could not work for the courts and be a bondsman... to many conflict of interest issues here.
She'll get a lot of votes on her looks, however... and she certainly has done well for only 23... and if she has been in the business for 7 years... she must have started at 16 as a clerk in the office... and a PI and process server... I'll say this... she is ambitious.
As relates to her reason for running... in Virginia, all the info she is talking about is readily available on public internet...
http://www.courts.state.va.us/main.htm all courts, both general district and circuit... but of course JDR is not open to the public... I think that is the norm however.
