There is a law directory at the top of the page. There is a provision for who can rearrest a person in TX
There are a few from TX that are members here who will gladly give you the heads up. You may also like to go to the introduction page a tell everyone a little about you. I know that you have to be a licensed PI or a Level III Security Guard in Texas to do bail recovery. Find DaronSneed or Bubba on here. Either can point you in the right direction.

Hello,
I am a former military police officer attempting to get into the business of bail retreaval. Does anyone have any tips or contacts that will give a rookie some training in this area? Thanks in advance.

For information regarding Bail Enforcement in Texas, please see the article I published on my website: http://www.beabountyhunter.com/txlaws.htm Basically, (if you are not a commissioned peace officer) you must obtain your Private Investigator license from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Bureau.
