Another idiot kicks in a door

To set the record straight, this guy is not a bondsman. He took his 16 hour class for bail enforcement from Tracy at "It's a Bond Thing" 2 years ago. He was not on a job for her, but she was nice enough to bail him out anyway. She ISN'T happy with the whole situation, his actions or how it was improperly reported. The only reason the defendant wasn't there was because he was out getting tweaked. No matter, he shouldn't have kicked down the door. It wasn't the defendant's property to tear up.

And that my friend is why it is so hard for the rest of us and why there is so many rules. He should have got a cop as his witness and the landlord to unlock the door for him. To date me and my boy have only caught 10 bail skips and we ain't pulled a gun or kicked a door yet.
