No more explaination needed, my brother. Take care of yourself. I never questioned your situation but I had heard you were ill (I did not know the extent) and that was enough for me. I had "assumed" that you had a cold or something when I was told you were not well. So, from my point of view, you come first. If you don't take care of you....who will? Do what you can, and we will take care of this.
Side note:
634 pills a month.....thats enough to cause someone to be....not so well. Dang doctors. They got a pill for everything and answers for very little. I guess that why it is called the "Medical Practice". If it was "Medical Perfected" they wouldn't make nearly as much money.

David keep fighting the fight . As to the practice of medicine I have been in Emergency Medicine for 23 years everything we do is trial and error nothing is a certian fix with a money back promise. How we wish on a daily basis it was. Never go down with out a fight
