bea's may not do pickups there without a lic but what are the laws on bondmen going there to get their skips i don't see anything about that in the laws

For the Laws in any state, Go to Americanbailcoalition.com Along the side of the page, Choose the Compendium button, this will give you the current laws in all the states. Hope this helps.
