My name is Randall Crew. I own Randall Crew & Associates. I have been involved in fugitive recovery/bail enforcement on the civilian side for about 10 years. Prior to that, I have had more thatn 25 years experience in the Army.
We are located in Northern California but have contacts nationwide. This just seemed a natural progression from my experience as an Army officer, investigator, and security consulting.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Mark Mattingly and I write bail for No Limit Bail Bonds in Indiana although I specialize in Bail Enforcement. We have a 5 person team and will go anywhere in the US as long as State law allows. Prior to getting into the bail bond industry I was in the cremation business. I am a single parent and have custody of my 3 children.

My name is Wayne Slaven. I'm a Fugitive Recovery Agent with an excellent success rate history in my old state of California. I was the in-house enforcement agent for Heart Bail Bonds in Palm Springs CA. I have also worked for Sanchez Bail Bonds & Poncho Lopez Bail Bonds in Indio, CA in the early and mid 1990's. I also assisted in the start-up of the Fugitive Recovery Agency in San Bernardino, CA.
Currently I have started up a new agency here in the Nashville area. and provide professional results. bondsmans interest and our liability is my top concern besides bringing in your fugitive as quickly and safely as possible. I’m willing to do the work or support a team with arrests as needed.
I have over 10 years experience in the Bail Enforcement and Security industry. I am a graduate of the California Reserve Police Officer training program (P.O.S.T 832PC). I'm a NRA pistol instructor, Glock armorer, have ASP baton certification and have attended other less lethal and non-use-of-force training. I have access to out of state resources, including Texas, and I am more than willing to track fugitives wherever needed to bring them back.

My name is Jim Hays. I'm a BEA located in northern NJ, just 5 miles out of NYC. I work full-time in the towing industry as a Heavy-Duty & Recovery expert(I tow tractor-trailers & buses) and as a manager. I got started in B.E. a little less than a year ago. After working my tail off to keep my daughter, wife, & boss happy; I want to be able to crawl out for under a truck, hose the grease off me, & do what makes me happy. I really enjoy the sideways thinking required to hunt persons down and the satisfaction you get when you bag a skip. I hope to someday be able to make this a full-time career.
