Well...its an incomplete meniscus tear...
I have to hit the gym to get my strenght back before surgery can take place.
Doc wants my strenght back for some further testing, as I've already had 3 reconstructions,
one of which was a big, 4 hour deal. (I was not happy when I woke up!) So, back to the gym I go..
He's just worried about the integrity of the existing graft, which at last check was "ok"..
I got myself ready for this years ago, as grafts don't last long...5 years from the original, so I guess
it's not that bad...just major pain afterwards...

Angela, I have had 3 back operations and both knees worked on.... it ain't fun but if the right doctor does the work, it does fix things.... I was into Karate for many, many years... the knees started going and now I have had to stop.... not happy about it but there comes a time.......... anyway, I wish you luck. I think exercise in moderation and following the good doctors orders is about all you can do.... take care.
