I don't know the name offhand. Is he in your area? Most states that have professional licensing are easily checked online if you know what license to look for.

He claims to be Licensed in NJ, but, living and working in BK, NY. NONETHELESS, NOBODY I'VE SPOKE TO, KNOWS HIM OR HAS EVEN HEARD ABOUT HIM. NOR THOSE HE CLAIMS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH. IT'S ONE OF THOSE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU WONDER ABOUT WHOM YOURE TALKING TO. PSYCHO, PERHAPS...LOL...SINCERELY HOPE NOT....THANKS AND GOD BLESS....

From my understanding, NJ is just now, possibly, maybe, passing and enforcing some sort of licensing requirement, that the state of NJ can't seem to decide the specifics or enforcement on. Thank goodness I'm not located there, so I defer to those specifically affected to respond. That is why I defer to and rely on NJ agents to keep me informed.

It is the same with any state. Laws are constantly changing. I do my due diligence any time I am seeking a defendant outside my state, but having access to a network of pros that I can send a PM to or make a call to is an asset that many new to the business doesn't understand. I will send out an e-mail or PM, but if I need immediate help, I want to pick up the phone and know that I will get a real person, rather than a recording, or if I get a recording, know that I can leave a message that will get returned very quickly.

I repeat, I understand and accept everyone's reluctance to provide personal info on an open forum. But, each person has to make the choice to make their info public, or to research the person requesting the info, thus deciding to provide the info in private or not.

YOU WERE GAMED INTO THIS INDUSTRY, WHICH IN OTHER WORDS MEANS SIMPLY THAT '' YOU ARE NOT A BAIL ENFORCEMENT AGENT OR ANY AGENT FOR THAT MATTER. THE PEOPLE THAT LIED TO YOU, WERE ALL ARRESTED AND CHARGED,AND THEIR WEBSITE CANCELED. THEIR NJ OFFICE IS ALSO SHUT DOWN(IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW THIS ALREADY)AND PAD LOCKED. I was the one that brought "Superman" and his myspace link to the peoples attention here if yall look for the topic itll show that i did. I only found it because for the longest i had tried to lead the cops/state to these guys but i kept getting the same answers "We dont have enough to investigate" or "they dont seem to be breaking any laws". So i say good damn job feds. Its about time atleast one division of law enforcement got off their arses. I mean jesus, only took them 6-8 years of these guys being around to get caught. Unreal. I had been hoping and praying that these guys would get caught so they wouldnt victimize anyone else. Yak and i have talked for countless hours about stories of these so called "Special Agents" and their "Dee Dee Dee" tactics and methods of doing the job. I say good ridance!

Thanks for the posting of this story, alot of people can now feel confortable about sleeping with these idiots off the streets!
