Thanks for all the replies.

You know I thought I would just be nice about it and come to an internet forum that dealt with this topic and get some opinions before I went off and told local to come over and look at this guy

From what I hear, his car is beyond illegal. I personally like the "Dial 911" decals on the rear fenders. He also has police sirens, which he uses, EVERY NIGHT, when he pulls in.

Will be calling Metro-Dade tomorrow.
