Hey Everyone,

I have been PM'ing around trying to get a sample recovery contract so I can put one of my own together, but I am having difficulty getting a response from anyone that has a sample.

Scott sent me in a direction, but I have not received any response.

If anyone can help, let me know.

Thanks,
Rob

I am still attempting to send mine,b but I can't get it to go.... I have no idea why. I'll keep working with it. Just don't want you to think I am leaving you hanging.

Yes... I have never changed it.

I think I got it sent but it seems to have a problem. I have sent it to several people and it has no problems. Today, it takes about ten minutes to get sent. Weird.

I would make sure you add some language to the effect you get paid upon exoneration of the bond. This will cover you if you work the case, you get paid when he ends up in jail. Many bondsman will try to get out of paying because they will claim they only pay for hook and book.

Hey Nick, nice to see you posting. Can you do us a huge favor and remove the email address form your signature. Its one of little rules we have on this forum to keep this a great place to come too. Thanks in advance.

DO NOT Place email addresses in signatures -
SPAMBOTS as well as others can collect these, your email is stored on our system and if someone sends you an email through the FRN website you wil be notified from where it came.

Rob, the only one I have is also from Snow. I got busy and forgot to contact him for permission to forward it. SORRY! I will probably revise and use it when dealing with someone other than my regular bondsmen that always pay appropriately.

Nick, great to see you posting! It sucks to have to be so careful about the "bots" harvesting e-mail and website addresses, but it is better than getting tons of spam e-mails or hacked. I took mine out of my sig line a long time ago, and it does make a difference. I haven't had to delete or change my addy since. I think the reason Phill included those in the forum rules was because of so many complaints.

Now back to your regularly stationed programming...
