Didn't you hear?…
Recently, an archeologist was excavating in the Georgia Mountains and discovered copper wires that were over 100 years old. After analyzing these wires and researching they found that the Cherokee might have had some form of telephone communication, which was very advanced for the time.
As others heard of this, they began similar research. In Oklahoma copper wires were found, by archeologists, which were more than 200 years old. With much research they found that the Navaho might have had a primitive form of television.
This intrigued a self proclaimed and untrained archeologist in Arkansas. This gentleman, by the name of Ruffus Darren, decided to prove that the Creek had this type of technology, 300 years ago. After much digging and finding nothing, Mr. Darren reported to the news media that the Natives, 300 years ago, were more advanced than any civilization up to the late 1900s. When asked, "What is your proof? You said you found nothing." He claimed "Yes...and that proves that they had already gone wireless."
So there you go. TV is nothing for Arkansas.

I sent a email off the the LA DAs office. If I don't get a response I may ask for help.
However, I mentioned that the Dept of Insurance and the AGs office are passing the ball to BSIS, they're in charged of PIs and security guards and have nothing to do with bail recovery.
So, I will wait and see.
