i was wondering if any one is able to get me a picture of a old inmate in kings county newyork from the federal system

The U.S. Marshals and the Federal Bureau of Prisons would have a picture of a former Federal inmate, however they are not going to be eager to spend their time pulling it up unless you can convince them it's a big priority.

Most of the time the Marshals will house Federal prisoners in a County Jail until their case is finalized, my suggestion is to check with the County Jails in that area to see if he has ever been there, I usually get good cooperation from County Facilities, I've had County Jails all over the country Fax me Photo's of defendants usually within 20 minutes.
