There are 5 states where there is no commercial bail and therefore no hunting. As with everything, there are ways to accomplish anything.

My hint would have been, have you seen any private bail bond offices in KY?

But, since Scott beat me to it, now you know.

For the record, Oregon, Illinois and Wisconsin are also no private bail states also.

Yea, I knew this. There used to be from what I understand, but no longer.

I've done a search, but could not find anything comprehensive on my next question:

Once I begin apprenticeship, what can I expect that process to be like? In other words, what can I expect my first few weeks to be like?

That would be like predicting the weather!

Bail Enforcement has been described as incredible periods of absolute boredom interspersed with seconds of shear terror.

I have observed individuals that were never successful, individuals that had immediate success and then disappeared, and others that have made a moderate yet consistent living at this. eventually, you will have a "Come to Jesus" meeting, where your mettle is tested and your decision to quit or continue is made for you.

Best of luck,

Scott
