Im in this buisness to stay...as ive told Kathy even....im not goin to run for this one incedent....I atleast verified the cases were touchable before even doing ANYTHING with them. From what i understand checking the status of a case is THE first thing to do before touching it. Thats how i was tought anyways. AND even after i did find out that the cases were already OFFICIALY taken i did not one further thing with them besideds share all details or info i had on them with the OFFICIALY ASSIGNED agents. AND i gave all info: names, numbers, locations, etc to Don to fix the situation even tho i had done nothing because i wanted this stuff resolved as much as Don did and i wanted to help Don because of the fact of the very respectable person he is. Don showed me alot of respect even knowing that i was new and i was completely blown away by that. No one has shown me that yet besides a very few number of people here. And i was completely up for helping him in response to the way i was treated. As for a comment above about my buisness, yes it has come to a complete stop because i went to the guy handing out these cases that shouldnt be and i threw them back in his face and gave him a piece of my mind, even knowing hes one of the best known in my area...you guys get the idea of where im gettin at....a no name like me steppin up to a bigger name= ive been silenced quiet quickly...but it doesnt matter...id do it anytime...just because of the fact that i DO NOT stand next to something that is wrong...even if this did mean i lost some buisness, oh well, i dont care, as long as MY name was kept in good standing and im still seen as someone who does things the right way. So the rest i dont care much for.

As far as this issue is concerned I'm done with the people that stabbed me in the back and im now moving on, so should this topic...im new, i was picked for a good burn, but now that i am burned i am also more resistant to fire. As i said im done speaking about this. It just discusts me on how some people are in this world these days.

Rick

PS- Don- If you need ANYTHING further on the guy i gave you info on let me know and ill find out info for you on where his office is and etc. You have my numbers, just let me know ANYTHING further you might need. If not at home just write here because i check the FRN here frequently throughout the day.

Rick,

All of us have been tested by "fire"...it is an old military acronym "Baptism of fire"..referring to a raw recruit's first firefight. If he survived it, he was then considered "Baptised" ; Additionally earning the respect and trust of the more seasoned veteran's for his behaviour under fire.

You have experienced a different version of a "Baptismal firefight". You were challenged, conned, lied to, and manipulated. However, upon discovery of the questionable cases you behaved with honour, courage, and integrity...traits that are rapidly disappearing in our industry.

You are mature enough to know your limitations making you wise enough to know when to ask for guidance; You also have shown a desire to hold yourself to the high standards the rest of us have set for ourselves, again marking yourself as a dedicated professional.

I know when you first appeared I was skeptical and harsh; I make no apologies for that as I treated you with the same skepticism that I do anyone else. But you have proven yourself.

So I wanted to say thank you for your standards and integrity, and wish you a successful career.

You do have INTEGRITY.

Luvonda,

Let me explain. You ever hear of those dogs that dont bark before biting?

You never hear a peep out of them and they never seem to even move sometimes until they are pushed too far.

And then thats when all hell breaks loose.

Well id rather get a warning bark before getting bit. LoL.

I kinda compare (no offense) you with that personality. Theres been posts here where i can tell youve sat back and said nothing and have just read until someone pushed the wrong button and then you come and nip the subject right on the nose. Your element of surprise and timing with words is amazing and hilarious, but also very cautioning....Bad Boys, Bad Boys.....Watcha Gonna Do...Watcha Gonna Do...When Luvonda Comes For You.....
