Max, I do have first hand info on "Mr ZITO"! From the major problem he caused our agency. Perhaps our tenacity for not letting him and his co-workers try to put us out of business ILLEGALLY, I may add; had the State of VT investigate his so-called several business' he in VT.

I think maybe everyone is getting tired of this person who nobody knows, continuing to question everyone's opinion of a person who he apparently knows and is trying to defend. I think the patience has run out. I know mine has.

I'm not trying to defend Mr. Zito. I actually happened upon this site when I was doing a google search on him and saw the blog. I don't really know the truth and he could well be guilty. I have never said he was innocent. All I said was the newspaper article, especially the one back in September, but also this more recent one was was erroneous in its reporting. That does not equal my thinking he is innocent.

Well put Kathy, seems to me that it sounds like he is defending him! And after what our agency went through plus what the State had to do, my patience is DONE! We might be new in the business, but we are not "stupid"! 26 yrs in the military is gotta count for something!

I've remained basically mute on this thread simply because it seemed foolish to me. Here are some of the brightest minds in the industry ALL arguing with someone who has adopted the role of the "village idiot".
Why ? We all have much more important things to do with our time instead of this continous debate with this unknown person who is apparently enjoying so many professionals all focusing on him/her.
Again, why ?
Here's my evaluation sort of copying TSuggs from an earlier post:
1) Is this discussion, regarding Max, beneficial in any way ?
2) Is this debate with Max going to put money into anyone's pocket ?
3) Are you folks who are arguing with Max going to change his mind ?
4) An old saying my father tried to teach me: "Any 2 fools can argue, but it is the wise man who walks away".
All of you have stated your anti-Zito positions to Max, yet he continues to push the issue. If everyone simply drops this thread and moves on, then Max will go away.

Hi folks.
I and my family personally know this man. Does anyone have any follow up information on him? We have had a LOT of issues with him in the past year, far to numerous and personal to list here in a forum....and Ill say that it is a good thing he was caught. There is a lot more to him then just these charges...going back a few years. In short, hes a low life. Smart, but, a low life.
Strangely, he wanted me to work for him. Im from NH, but, for a lot of reasons he was pushing me to work in VT. He brought me with him when he was trying to set up the business. I know he was working on squashing the competition....to many warning bells went off on my end.
If someone could email me privately, or post here, any follow up on this guy...we would be greately interested.
