$29.95 per search is a little pricey. LocatePlus charges only $5 and I ususally get 80% of the cell numbers I look for.

thier "sample reports" are the exact same as Locate Plus...is this just someone re-selling?

I use Search Bug 1st to determine . . . cell or land (free service)-
it returns Provider and location area.
30 $ for that info is too much - I believe that Skip Smasher has that info at a very small cost - I beleive that Bob (HoundDog) uses that service.

I use Skip Smasher also, but I've not had much luck with cell numbers...
