Ms. LuVonda;

You wear clown make-up also? Me too! But that is another story from my Tales from the Road book I have been writing about my captures.

You got lucky playing here in Teja. Others that I have found about have not. 4 are serving 4 to 20 in Huntsville for Kidnapping.

Steve,
I agree...I liken the knowledge of the law by law enforcement to the knowledge of weather by weather forecasters. :)

Scary

I was always taught that we need to remember what the reasonable man on the jury would think and in my opinion if he thought that you have no right to enter his house you would lose if it was presented in a court of law.

WOW...Texas laws for bail bondsmen are strict! What is the point of even being lisc as a runner in your state? you have no authority! Why can't every state have the same laws. I know its idiots that ruin this profession. Hell whats next BEAs can't use less lethal munitions and Sprays. There already banning tazer pistols in alot of states. Damn it all just take everything away so it makes the fugitives have the advantage over us so they can just buy assault rifles and anything you can think of off the black market! Even though the damn anti gun association thinks it helps everyone to ban Assault Rifles and guns ect.Sorry everyone just venting i can't stand people that ruin this industry for us. Thank God south carolina isn't that way yet. I know the old school bail bondsmen don't like other bail bondsmen to be all tactical with there Raid vests, CS/OC sprays, tazer pistols and less lethal rubber buckshot for 12guage, and what ever else you have on you. But this stuff helps out in different situations. Not that your ever going to use it all the time but its good to have. Depending on how dangerous the fugitive is. I would rather BEAs to carry less lethal munitions than a .45 cal pistol or what ever your carrying. At least with less lethal you dont have to send the fugitive to the hospital after blowing a hole in him or kill him with your sidearm. all though rubber buckshot can be lethal if you don't know how to aim low. Anyways the reason i bring this up because i am a less lethal instructor for all less lethal munitions and im a dealer for ALS technologies. I train Law enforcement millitary and BEAs to use and get certified with CS/OC sprays Tazer pistols, Less lethal Shotgun rounds, CS/OC gas grenades ect.

Wow
A signature line might let the rest of us know who you are!

Consider that I, as a bondsman, would never hire an individual all tacked out. If the defendant is that dangerous, conduct your investigation and give the information to the local PD and let their tactical team take the fugitive down.

Make them aware of your investigation before it starts, you may even be asked to stand down and stay out of the way, as an investigation is already taking place.

Good luck,

Scott
