We have a skip from York, Pa. We have been told he is in New York. We have gotten skips out of there before but heard some things have changed. We have always contacted NYPD when we were up there and they have always been helpful. Anything I should know about before going?? Thanks in advance.

BEA...we don't post industry specific tactis in the open area for everyone, including fugitives, to read. That's why it was done privately.
Secondly, we don't know anything about you. Why would we share our methods with an unknown person ?
