I thank you for your worthy advice, though there seems to be a fixation on phallus related descriptors with both Beitso and you.

If you take some time and explore the content of this thread, you will find that I extended an invitation to Beitso to be courteous and receptive to courtesy, but, as you will find, he cannot project his ideas without being offensive and calling attention to his posts.

First Beitso made reference to male organs and now you. So, one has to wonder what worth there is in members with arguments rooted in these type of comparators. It seems clear since arguments are becoming laced with such words that neither of you have anything substantative to offer in the realm of bail enforcement.

It is curious that both of you seem to be offended and maybe even intimidated by exposure to verifiable credentials common to reputable BEAs, while at the same time offering no background information whatsoever.

L.A.W., Hgunner and myself all have websites with pictures and either services or products that unquestionably verify our standings in the bail enforcement community, but Beitso only offers arguments consistent with a person who was never disciplined during the formative years.

Finally, if I may be so bold, you indicated that you were fired from a job that may or may not have required certain literary skills because of L.A.W. After a quick glance at your posts, I would surmise that your writing skills are not on par with a professional writer and perhaps the causation of your termination was based on poor performance and not any external influence(s).

First of all. I never said I was in or knew about BEa work. Like I have mentioned before I could care less. I didnt mention " men.s organs" I said you three are having a peeing contest which you seem to be. You three like this stuff i guess. I had come to this board because LAW had emailed me once about an article I did. I may have lost my job by a hot headed non-thinking boss. But I have shown LAW nothing but respect. I do not know you Rex but I know I havent insulted you like you are trying to do to me.
My point was these three are actoing like children fighting on this board. I dont have to prove anything to you. maybe someone should make a board that isnt as insulting as this one. I didnt insult anyone. I have asked twice to get back to the subject matter and either the people here are simply paying no attension because they are sick of the fighting to or they have left!

I didnt say I was BEA I would want to be one! as far as learning the things about it I dont care about that either. Oh I am a woman also.. so that he thing must have been a typing mistake right....

one thing Lisa ( hey look a she rex) said that was right was that this board is lame! So i wont even bother with you hot heads anymore. so just go back to bragging about yourselves!

I have followed this post with interest and have remained silent. I figured that eventually it would resolve itself. Unfortunately, this has become a rather drawn-out argument that is not leading anywhere.

beitso - I was unaware of your sex (male or female,) not until your latest post, when was that even mentioned previously? Secondly, it appears to me that you started the name calling, if you will. As pointed out by other members, this is a forum for and about the Fugitive Recovery industry. Why, if you are not involved in this business, would you post or visit here in the first place?

Lisaw - I am not certain how this topic turned to insults. I apologize for that, however this site cannot be held responsible for the actions of its' members. They act on the own. Further, I agree this topic has turned into a "pissing contest." Some people find it entertaining to instigate such actions. L.A.W. and Rex have been long standing members of this site and have provided valuable input.

This is an open forum and I am extremely lenient with regards to the statements made in these topics. I respect and appreciate anyone & everyones feedback and comments. Hopefully this topic will calm down.

Rex and HoundDog had interest in a product that HGunner had mentioned, "Cool-It" Below I found a link to the product.

I hope that helps.

In the English language, it is acceptable to use 'he' when the gender of a person is not known. Beitso, you have done a good job of keeping your dubious background hidden and this extended to your gender, so 'he' was not a typographical error.

I suspected that you were female from your writing style which betrayed an underlying problem with men in general or so one could imagine with no great difficulty. Again, it is curious that you claimed to be an attorney and still give no impression of any link to any profession.

Irrespective of how or where, someone claiming to be a professinal writer should at least take some measure of professional pride in what they submit into the public forum--"not getting paid" to write well as an excuse is tale telling in and of itself.

I don't think that I based certain experience levels purely on a website or its construction. I said that the verifiable product and/or services available on the website were in support of experience. The failure to grasp the simple meaning conveyed with regard to my reference about websites is also tale telling.

Lisaw, your suggestion to get back on point is commendable, but to offer a good point and insult in the same line is counter productive.

Also, Beitso, you indicated that you would "want to be" a BEA, and I suspect that you meant that you would NOT want to be a BEA.

At any rate, it has been good trading posts with you two, and I sincerely hope that neither of you are too seriously dissuaded from contributing. While we didn't agree on various issues, I found your posts lively and worth responding to. Should either of you wish to continue on other threads, I will agree to leave all that was said here on this thread so long as the agreement is reciprocal.

Rex

Good Idea:

Okay Question:

I do not know anything about this stuff so educate me please :) Is the odjective to get DU-Du off the scene or educate him. I watched the show this past week and frankly I was insulted.

They went to a home at 6 am and when people complained about them blocking the road way.. fighting started.. Understandable.. But then LeLand was in a big fight with mace. I have watched that scene a few times and I have noticed. They were leaving so there was no reason for anyone to come face to face for that fight and the way the tape looks Leland actually started it but walking to these people and then when the man walked toward him and spoke up he got out the mace.
Did anyone else see this or was it just me.

This is the original author of this posting.

Enough already.

I am contacting administration to see if they can shut this particular posting down.

If anyone feels the need to cat fight or dog fight or whatever fight, do it under your own posting.

My subject was regarding Dog and his new adventures.

As I had said before in a prior posting, PM each other, call each other, send something through the mail, but keep it out of the public forums here. I would hope and think that there are a lot of others out there that agree with me.

Focusthree,

Admin has stepped in and the parties involved are taking steps towards getting back on track as evidenced by certain olive branches and fair questions.

I will agree that PM and/or Email is the best way to work out differences, but sometimes contesting parties require third party input so that points of views are more readily accepted as each side moves to shed more light on given positions.

Lisaw, as I've state before, I'm on the forum record indicating that I don't personally dislike Mr. Chapman and even admire some of his actions. For example, his move to nab luster, while highly ill-advised, was pretty significant in the intestinal fortitude measure of things. Frankly, I find his new show very entertaining, and I really dig the graphics.

Mr. Chapman is an admitted ex-felon. He should be able to leave the country so long as he is not on parole; however, he cannot legally work in any state that disallows ex-felons to do BE work. In California for example (where he came in to work on Luster), it is a misdemeanor for an ex-felon to do BE work, and it is a felony for an ex-felon to be in possession of firearms or body armor.

On the other hand, he is in the national spotlight. There may be people in power who will knee-jerk up onto a bandwagon and move on anti-BEA legislation that is neither conducive to the trade nor in the best interests of people and places where bail enforcement is symbiotic with the best interest of the bail industry in general.

As for Leland, you may want to check out the "Dog's Show" thread wherein there is discussion regarding the Leland Incident.

The social impact of Mr. Chapman's show, if any, is still anyone's best guess. HBO moved forward on "Family Bonds," and CMT is also moving forward on a yet-to-be aired show featuring Hgunner, L.A.W. and I think Erick Kindley of Court Services, Inc.

We may not agree with Mr. Chapman's tactics, but I'm leaning towards his media attention for the advent of these upcoming shows.

Rex
