There is a gentleman by the name of William (Bill) Hartley who is contacting (Missouri) bonding companies in regards to doing fugitive recovery, to some he has stated that he is affilated with me and my company. Mr.Hartley is not affilated with me nor does he have the certifications that are needed to operate a fugitive recovery business. He will state that he has national credentials but with some investigating we found that he does not.
He will also state that his grandfather had started the company and it was passed down. This gentleman is less than honest and up front. Please beware-- he can give a good talk. However I have found what he does say with certainty is what he has been able to locate on the internet and of course we all know that laws change almost daily. He already has been reported to the state of Missouri.

Thats funny!! A few weeks ago that same guy called me asking if I was hiring any recovery agents. LOL!!

We all know that the second they say "National Credentials" they are full of garbage. No such thing exists legally I, know that my state and others do not recognize such credentials and is illegal here and many other states.

This sounds like another USRB "graduate" claiming to be nationally certified. Or maybe he is another Barber, JD, or Oliver trying to scam his way into business?
I am not familiar with either party, but had cross-posted this (on another forum, copying the original post that I also received) from the other forum post.
If anyone has checked credentials, etc, please post your findings.

This guy isnt licensed in Missouri. Here is the link to verify any Missouri bail agents, surety recovery agents, etc., and their number, it also lists their general bondsman if they are working under someone (like moi)
