I dont understand what the hell they were thinkin releasing him in the first place. If he has the (we'll call it guts for clean speach) to do something like this and still have the odacity to say the things that he has afterwards to authorities than he should be tried as an adult and without the possibility of parole even. I dont know. What is the world coming to?

1) It is constitutionally recognized and accepted that everyone is entitled to Bail. There is much debate on certain points here that I am not going to go into regarding the 4th amendment.

2) Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

Were any of us there ? Do any of us know for a fact who did what ? I wasn't and no I don't.

I bet a dollar to a donut that if the VT incident had not happened, this kid probably would not be back in jail...much less have went on a spree like that (speculation).....I smell a hint of profiling...lol
