Bail Bondsman Arrested After Altercation Fri Apr 13, 12:02 PM ET
A bail bondsman was arrested after an altercation in northwest Oklahoma City on Friday.
Police said the bondsman tried to take an employee, who allegedly has outstanding warrants against him, into custody at a Rent A Center at Penn Avenue and Hefner Road. The employee asked the bondsman to talk with him outside, and when the bondsman tried to approach him further, the employee ran.
Officers said that's when the bondsman shot at the man.
The bondsman has been arrested, and authorities said he'll likely be charged on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
